The real thing

Training over. Today I get my full 8 hrs plus 1hr lunch. “My customers are lovely, pacient, kind and good I can help them with their SIK issues, I can” That’s my mantra, so far it’s working I’ve been having lovely customers and whenever I feel afraid or nervous I repeat that again and again to gain confidence.
